MPG: how high can we go?

Project HiCorolla is a long term adventure to document the use of aftermarket products to enhance the design of a 2010 Toyota Corolla. The goal is to boost the miles per gallon (MPG) rating of the vehicle without diminishing the ride quality, general drivability, or appearance.

Any after market item which can be bolted on, poured in, or wired up will be explored. If research shows a likelihood of the product being of benefit, its install will be documented, and the resulting effects measured.

While the main focus of the project will be improving the gas mileage, the comfort while driving the car will not be ignored.
